Working closely with project teams and field staff, you will verify construction progress, reconcile schedule updates against actual field conditions and Daily Work Reports, and ensure schedule accuracy. Additionally, you will support advanced scheduling analyses, including Time Impact Analyses (TIA), evaluation of revised construction sequencing, weather-related impacts, and coordination with adjacent projects, delivering actionable insights to both project teams and clients.

  • Experience with Claim Digger, Acumen Fuse, or similar analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with CEI or transportation construction projects.
  • Experience performing forensic schedule analyses and Time Impact Analyses.

  • Ability to interpret and analyze contractor schedules and identify risk drivers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong coordination skills with multidisciplinary project teams.

Work Environment & Logistics

  • Remote position with proximity to Texas hub offices (Houston, Austin, Dallas) preferred.
  • Periodic travel to project sites and client offices (approximately 10–25%).
  • Work may involve active construction sites and outdoor conditions during field visits.
