Summary
The Retail Administration Coordinator role provides operational, reporting, and administrative support to the Retail Administration Department. This position serves as a key resource for the Retail Administration Department by preparing and maintaining reports, analyzing data, coordinating projects, and supporting department operations. The ideal candidate possesses strong Microsoft Excel skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. This role requires a proactive, organized professional who can manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and deliver accurate and timely information to support business decisions.
Essential Functions
- Prepare, compile, analyze, and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports for Retail Administration Department.
- Compile monthly commission reports utilizing multiple systems to obtain data and ensure accuracy.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create, maintain, and update spreadsheets, dashboards, tracking tools, and operational reports.
- Monitor, track, and ensure the accuracy of branch reporting, performance metrics, audits, and other retail banking data.
- Research, gather, and validate data from various sources to support departmental reporting and decision-making.
- Identify reporting discrepancies and proactively resolve issues to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist Retail Banking leadership with ongoing administrative and operational support.
- Coordinate branch meetings, training sessions, leadership meetings, and special events.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials as requested.
- Support department projects by gathering information, maintaining timelines, and tracking deliverables.
- Maintain confidential records, reports, and department documentation.
- Work independently to prioritize assignments, meet deadlines, and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.
- Collaborate with branch staff and other departments to support Retail Banking initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data validation, filtering, sorting, pivot tables, and report preparation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review, interpret, and organize data accurately.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while exercising sound judgment and initiative.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues effectively.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; Associate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of one year of administrative, reporting, analytical, banking, or related experience required.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required, including experience creating and maintaining reports and spreadsheets.
- Experience gathering, organizing, and reviewing data with a high degree of accuracy preferred.
- Financial institution or credit union experience preferred.
- Strong member service skills and the ability to work effectively with both employees and members.

Work Location
This is an on-site position at our Corporate Headquarters in Yuba City, CA.
Compensation Range
The company anticipates offering an hourly range between $21.23 and $31.22 for this position at the time of hire. This range includes base salary (or hourly wages) and does not include possible overtime for non-exempt employees or any applicable performance-based incentives or commissions.
Annual Merit Increase
Employees are eligible for a discretionary yearly merit-based salary adjustment, based on individual performance and company results.
