Assistant Service Advisor in Council Bluffs, Iowa at Edwards Auto Group

Edwards Auto Group is looking for an Assistant Service Advisor to join our service teams! The Assistant Service Advisor will assist the Service team and be the first point of contact for our customers. This person will be in constant contact with employees and customers and will demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.

Starting pay $17-$19 per hour. This position will offer potential growth opportunities to Service Advisor.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers, and getting them checked into the system
• Prep vehicle for service; install paper floor mats, checking battery, top off fluids, drive
• vehicle to service garage.
• Scheduling customers and understanding the work flow of the department
• Assist with repair orders and the sales process for the service department
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude and customer focused demeanor
• Proficient typing skills
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
