Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards

- Greet guests warmly, take orders, and provide recommendations to enhance their experience

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and workstations

- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible alcohol service

- Manage cash register, process payments, and handle transactions accurately

- Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed

- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy hours

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred

- Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Knowledge of alcohol laws and responsible service practices

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions

- TABC License Required
