DarkHorse Express Solutions is adding dependable, high-energy Lumpers to our on-call roster. In this temporary role, you will be called in during the week to help empty inbound containers and organize incoming stock. This is an on-call position offering competitive weekly pay driven by your own speed and efficiency. Utilizing a production-based pay model, your earning potential is directly tied to your performance—the faster and more accurately you unload and process shipments, the more you can earn. This fast-paced role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who want their work ethic and hustle to be reflected directly in their weekly paycheck.

• Manually empty and load freight from shipping containers and trailers using basic warehouse tools.

• Sort, stack, and stage inventory neatly within the facility.

• Help tidy up the workspace to prevent accidents and keep things running smoothly.

• Adhere to all facility safety rules and protective gear requirements.

• Take direction from floor managers and coordinate with fellow crew members.

• Complete weekday availability (you must be ready to accept shifts when called).

• Ability to continuously lift and shift heavy cargo (up to 100 lbs).

• Great attendance, a strong sense of urgency, and a helpful attitude.

• Capable of handling a highly physical, fast-moving work shift.

• Prior experience moving freight is great, but we welcome hard workers willing to learn.

• The ability to speak both English and Spanish is a helpful asset.
