SuCasa Magazine is looking for a friendly, motivated Advertising Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll work with local businesses to help them share their stories and connect with readers across New Mexico through one of the state's most trusted lifestyle publications.
Whether you have sales experience or a strong background in customer service, hospitality or client relations, we'll provide the support and training you need to succeed.
What You'll Do- Build relationships with new and existing advertising clients.
- Connect with local businesses to learn about their goals and recommend advertising opportunities that fit their needs.
- Guide clients through the advertising process from the initial conversation to final ad placement.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain regular communication with clients.
- Follow up on leads and identify new business opportunities within the community.
- Represent SuCasa Magazine professionally and positively at community events and networking opportunities.
- Base salary of $36,000
- Uncapped 10% commission on sales
- Paid training and ongoing support

- Sales, customer service, hospitality, retail or account management experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Comfortable talking with new people and building relationships.
- Organized, dependable and eager to learn.
- Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a plus.
- Valid New Mexico driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and desire to grow.
