Key Responsibilities:

• Perform site preparation including grading, leveling, and excavation
• Assist with installation of drainage systems, base materials, and site layouts
• Operate equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, and compactors (if experienced)
• Read and follow site plans and instructions from crew leaders
• Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and organized
• Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or earthwork preferred
• Ability to operate or willingness to learn light to heavy equipment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license preferred

The ideal candidate has previous construction, landscaping, or earthwork experience, is able or willing to learn to operate light and heavy equipment, demonstrates a strong work ethic and reliability, can work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and preferably possesses a valid driver's license.
