We are seeking an experienced enterprise sales professional to drive growth within the healthcare and life sciences sector.
This role focuses on building strategic relationships with large organizations and helping customers unlock business value through innovative data solutions.
You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development to negotiation and closing complex enterprise deals.
As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to understand challenges and deliver impactful solutions.
The position offers the opportunity to influence market expansion while working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Success in this role requires strong SaaS sales expertise, industry knowledge, and the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders.

Accountabilities:

The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and expanding customer relationships within the healthcare and life sciences market. The role requires strategic sales execution, consultative engagement, and effective pipeline management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting and developing new enterprise accounts while building a strong pipeline within the assigned healthcare territory.
  • Creating demand and identifying expansion opportunities with existing customers to increase adoption and business impact.
  • Managing complex enterprise sales cycles, including lead generation, stakeholder mapping, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing.
  • Building trusted relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams through a consultative, value-based sales approach.
  • Demonstrating the business value and return on investment of solutions to meet customer objectives.
  • Maintaining accurate sales forecasting and ensuring CRM updates reflect current pipeline activity and opportunities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support customer success and long-term account growth.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a proven enterprise SaaS sales professional with strong healthcare industry experience and a track record of exceeding sales targets. You should combine strategic thinking, business acumen, and strong relationship-building skills to succeed in complex sales environments. Requirements include:

  • Consistent achievement or overachievement of enterprise SaaS sales quotas.
  • Proven experience selling software solutions within the healthcare and life sciences industry.
  • Strong background managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
  • Experience engaging and closing opportunities with C-level executives and senior business leaders.
  • Ability to lead consultative sales processes focused on customer outcomes, value creation, and measurable impact.
  • 2–4+ years of experience in enterprise software sales with knowledge of established sales methodologies and proven results.
  • Experience with data management, data intelligence, or related technology solutions is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt, execute, and remain focused in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong customer focus, integrity, accountability, and commitment to delivering excellent results.
  • Willingness and ability to travel when required.
  • Must be eligible to work without visa sponsorship.
