Bella's Voice is a Washington-based nonprofit organization dedicated to keeping pets and the people who love them together. Through our Pet Resource Center, community outreach programs, and mission-driven thrift stores, we provide critical support to families facing financial hardship while promoting animal welfare throughout our communities.

At Bella's Voice, we believe every pet deserves a safe, loving home and that compassion extends to both animals and people. Our work is powered by dedicated employees, volunteers, donors, and community partners who share our commitment to making a meaningful difference every day.

  • Support sales floor, merchandising, stocking, pricing, recovery, donation intake, processing, and production activities based on operational needs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer and donor service, resolve concerns appropriately, and ensure interactions reflect Bella’s Voice’s mission and values.
  • Maintain consistent operational standards, policies, procedures, and service expectations across locations while helping identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor workplace safety, loss prevention, cash controls, and compliance with established procedures; respond to and appropriately escalate safety, security, employee, or operational concerns.
