Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on Blue Yonder / JDA Space Planning experience
- Direct experience in Planogram/MOD creation and optimization
- Category management, assortment and space productivity analytics
- Experience working with a major U.S. retailer; Kohl’s experience would be highly preferred
- Bath, Home, Textiles or Soft Home category experience preferred
- Strong retailer-facing communication and presentation skills
The candidate should be able to independently work with the Kohl’s Merchant, Planning and Space teams and translate category insights and assortment strategy into executable MODs/planograms.
