Location: Grand Rapids, MI (Greater Grand Rapids + West Michigan Area)
Compensation: $80,000 guaranteed first-year salary + uncapped commission (Top reps earn $150,000+)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Full Benefits Package
Pella Windows & Doors by Horne is seeking brand representatives to join our growing team in the residential window and door replacement market. This is a consultative sales role where you’ll meet with homeowners, assess their needs, and present customized solutions using our industry-leading products and processes. No cold-calling, door-knocking, or canvassing. We provide you with qualified sales leads through our extensive advertising outreach.

- Present and sell window and door replacement solutions
- Build rapport and deliver a personalized, consultative sales experience
- Use proven sales processes and tools to close deals
- Manage a pipeline of qualified leads and follow up effectively
- Represent the Pella brand with professionalism and expertise
- Proven success in sales, customer-facing, or consultative roles
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently in a field sales environment
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
Education: High school diploma required; some college a plus but not required
Preferred Experience (Not Required)- In-home sales or home improvement sales
- Retail, B2C, or commission-based sales roles
- Experience with negotiation and closing techniques
- Access to a world-class showroom and product samples
- Advanced sales technology and presentation tools, including Salesforce CRM
