  • Develop and optimize workflows, automation, and operational processes to improve marketing efficiency, scalability, and cross-functional execution.
  • Define and oversee SEO, site architecture, and performance strategies to drive organic growth, engagement, and conversion improvements.

  • Partner with stakeholders across marketing, product, and analytics teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and enablement programs.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or digital marketing within SaaS, B2B, or high-growth digital environments.
  • Proven experience building and scaling marketing technology stacks, including tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
  • Strong expertise in website operations, CMS platforms, email marketing systems, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, site architecture, and organic growth strategies, with a data-driven approach to optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with marketing compliance, data privacy standards, and best practices in digital operations.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $180,000 – $200,000 plus performance-based annual bonus
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match
  • Flexible remote work environment across eligible U.S. states
  • Home office equipment and monthly technology stipends
  • Flexible PTO and 13 paid company holidays annually
  • Annual company-wide offsite and collaborative team events
  • Professional development, training opportunities, and career growth support
  • Inclusive, remote-first culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement
