At Connie Health, we’re revolutionizing the way older Americans navigate Medicare. As we expand into new and existing markets, we’re seeking a Medicare Field Agent

Role Overview

The Medicare Field Agent is a community-facing role responsible for building and deepening relationships with provider groups—physician offices, clinics, and medical groups—across an assigned territory. Through regular in-person visits, the agent positions Connie Health as the trusted Medicare advisor for providers and their patients, drives referral volume, and supports beneficiaries in selecting the Medicare coverage that best fits their needs. This is a field-based role with significant local travel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provider Relationship Development

• Develop and maintain face-to-face relationships with physicians, office managers, and clinical staff across an assigned panel of provider groups.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between Connie Health and contracted and prospective provider partners.

• Conduct in-service presentations and educational sessions to inform provider staff about Connie Health's services and Medicare plan options.

• Build a consistent visit cadence and territory routing plan to maximize provider coverage and engagement.

Referral & Membership Growth

• Drive Medicare Advantage and supplemental enrollment growth by generating provider-sourced referrals.

• Develop provider-specific outreach plans to meet membership and referral targets within designated medical groups.

• Identify and pursue new provider partnership opportunities to expand market presence.

• Track activity, referrals, and outcomes in the CRM and report progress against goals.

Beneficiary Support & Compliance

• Educate Medicare beneficiaries on plan options in a clear, compliant, and consultative manner.

• Ensure all activities adhere to CMS marketing guidelines, HIPAA, and company compliance policies.

• Coordinate with internal sales, operations, and member support teams to resolve provider and member issues.

• Represent Connie Health at community events, health fairs, and provider-hosted events as needed.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications

• Active state Health Insurance Producer license (or ability to obtain prior to start).

• AHIP certification (or ability to complete before the Annual Enrollment Period).

• 2+ years of field sales, provider relations, or healthcare business development experience—Medicare/managed care strongly preferred.

• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and auto insurance meeting state minimums.

• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-directed with the ability to manage a territory and schedule independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing relationships with provider groups or physician offices in the assigned territory.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a managed healthcare setting.

• Bilingual ability reflective of the local community.

Travel & Work Environment

This is a field-based position requiring up to 80% local, same-day travel within the assigned territory to visit provider groups. The agent works primarily on-site at provider offices and in the community, with occasional in-home beneficiary visits and team meetings. Activity follows the Medicare enrollment calendar, with elevated volume during the Annual Enrollment Period (Oct–Dec).

We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
