Description:
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting across multiple functional areas (corporate functions, field, branch operations, and manufacturing) to include proactive sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and initiation of pre-employment processes. Serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers by providing guidance on talent strategy, candidate selection, and market insights to drive effective hiring decisions.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple functional areas including proactive sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and initiating pre-employment testing.
- Support recruiting initiatives that improve process efficiency, enhancing candidate experience, and optimize recruiting tools.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and provide guidance on hiring strategy, market conditions, and effective selection approaches.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience: 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting a mixture of corporate, field operations, and sales roles. Prior experience as a dedicated sourcer or in a sourcing heavy recruiting role is preferred.
Computer Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, recruiting tools, and Microsoft Office products
