  • Maintaining CRM documentation, reporting, and forecasting of account activity and health
  • Partnering with internal teams to ensure service delivery and client success alignment
Requirements:

This role requires deep IT leadership experience combined with strong business acumen and client-facing advisory skills. Candidates should bring a proven track record of guiding organizations through technology strategy, transformation, and operational optimization, including:

  • 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in leadership or senior client-facing roles
  • Strong background as a Solutions Engineer, MSP environment, or technical consulting role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Experience working with compliance and regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA and SOC
  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into executive-level business insights
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously
  • Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and technology roadmap development
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary of $90,000–$110,000 plus bonus eligibility
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions
  • Paid time off and company holidays
