This is an exciting opportunity for a highly creative presentation design expert to shape high-impact visual storytelling across corporate communications, internal messaging, product marketing, and executive-level presentations. You will transform complex ideas, data, and narratives into clear, compelling, and visually powerful slide decks that influence decision-making and elevate brand communication. Working in a fast-paced, global creative environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, communications, and strategy. The role requires strong expertise in design, storytelling, and data visualization, combined with the ability to deliver polished outputs under tight deadlines. You will also contribute to building scalable design systems and reusable presentation assets that maintain brand consistency. - Transform complex data, business insights, and narratives into visually engaging and easy-to-understand presentation materials tailored for diverse audiences.
- Design and deliver high-quality presentations for internal communications, executive leadership, product launches, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop, maintain, and evolve reusable presentation templates, visual systems, and slide libraries aligned with brand identity guidelines.
- Apply advanced design principles including typography, layout, color theory, and motion/animation to enhance clarity and storytelling impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand briefing requirements and translate them into effective visual communication solutions.
- Create supporting visual assets such as infographics, charts, diagrams, and icons to strengthen narrative delivery.
- Stay up to date with emerging design trends, presentation technologies, and AI-enabled creative tools to continuously improve output quality.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and delivery under tight deadlines.
- 10+ years of experience in presentation design, visual communication, or a similar creative design role within agency or corporate environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional PowerPoint design, storytelling, and high-level visual execution.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Deep understanding of design principles including layout composition, typography, visual hierarchy, and motion design.
- Experience working on client-facing projects, including presenting creative work and incorporating feedback effectively.
- Ability to translate complex concepts and data into clear, persuasive, and visually engaging presentations.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across global teams.
- Experience in strategic brainstorming, creative ideation, and developing visual narratives from briefs.
- Familiarity and proven experience using GenAI tools to enhance design workflows and productivity.
