You'll have the opportunity to lead meaningful initiatives while helping redefine modern paid media practices in an evolving digital landscape.

Accountabilities:
  • Own paid media performance and business outcomes, including pipeline growth, customer acquisition, subscription generation, and efficiency metrics across supported brands.
  • Develop and execute cross-channel paid media strategies spanning paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing, and influencer or creator partnerships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, communicating performance insights, strategic recommendations, forecasts, and investment decisions.
  • Lead agency relationships by setting expectations, providing strategic direction, evaluating performance, and ensuring accountability for results.
  • Manage and optimize channel budgets, identifying opportunities to maximize return on investment and support business objectives.
  • Establish and oversee testing roadmaps covering audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages, and conversion optimization initiatives.
  • Partner with analytics, sales, lifecycle marketing, and web teams to improve attribution, measurement accuracy, and funnel performance.
  • Monitor industry trends, platform developments, AI-driven advertising innovations, and emerging acquisition channels to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Develop scalable frameworks, partner scorecards, and operational processes that improve collaboration and campaign effectiveness.
  • Translate complex marketing and performance data into actionable business insights for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital acquisition roles with direct ownership of business and channel performance metrics.
  • Proven experience managing both in-house paid media programs and external agency partnerships with measurable success.
  • Strong expertise across paid search, paid social, and at least one additional acquisition channel such as affiliate marketing or influencer/creator programs.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics, including ROI, CAC, CPA, LTV, conversion rates, marketing efficiency ratios, and subscription-based business models.
  • Experience supporting B2B SaaS, SMB-focused businesses, subscription services, or e-commerce organizations is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate attribution models, performance data, and measurement methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at senior levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic marketing plans while maintaining attention to execution details and performance outcomes.
  • Familiarity with incrementality testing, media mix modeling, modern attribution approaches, and evolving privacy-focused measurement frameworks is a plus.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven advertising tools, automation technologies, and emerging digital acquisition trends is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities and collaborating across distributed teams.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 – $130,000 USD annually, depending on experience, location, and qualifications.
  • Flexible work arrangements with options for remote, hybrid, or office-based work within the United States.
  • Comprehensive health, wellness, dental, and vision benefits available from day one.
  • Annual wellness stipend to support personal wellbeing.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with up to 4% employer match and immediate vesting.
  • Flexible and generous paid time off policy.
  • Employee Stock Purchase Program.
  • Opportunity to work with global teams across multiple regions and markets.
