Job Description

Summary: This position manages the flow of paperwork of incoming and outgoing shipments. Verifies its accuracy and maintains efficient office operation.

Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Organize and distribute Daily Outbound Shipments.
  • Update daily shipping and receiving schedule.
  • Tracking all inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Monitor and respond to all customer issues via email. Trouble shoots all issues.
  • Routing of customer orders through various customer portals.
  • Assign drivers to the appropriate door.
  • Deliver small inbound parcel packages to the appropriate area of the facility.
  • File all paperwork according to company policies.
  • Scan company paperwork daily as requested.
  • Always maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Prepare regular shipping and Receiving reports for Managers.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • The ability to adapt to change.
  • The ability to well under pressure.
  • The ability to do well with others in an office setting and maintain organization between cross-departmental lines.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Proficient with computers utilizing Microsoft office software applications, SAP knowledge a plus.

Hours 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
