Job Description

Field Marketing Senior Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Field Marketing Senior Analyst based in Brazil.

As a Field Marketing Senior Analyst, you will lead regional marketing initiatives that directly support revenue growth across the Brazilian market. You will work closely with sales leaders, resellers, distributors, and internal subject matter experts to build and execute integrated marketing strategies. The role combines field marketing, partner marketing, events, digital campaigns, content localization, and performance analysis. You will have significant ownership of planning and execution while working within a collaborative, international team. Your ability to translate business priorities into measurable marketing programs will be central to your success. This is an opportunity to make a visible impact in a fast-paced B2B technology environment while strengthening engagement across the Brazilian market.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute an integrated field marketing plan for Brazil in collaboration with sales teams, resellers, and distributors, with a focus on partner recruitment, enablement, demand generation, and pipeline contribution.
  • Own the end-to-end planning and delivery of partner-led and company-led field marketing activities, including industry events, webinars, and other in-person or virtual experiences.
  • Partner closely with Brazil sales leadership to understand pipeline requirements and commercial priorities, translating them into targeted marketing programs that support revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal teams to localize marketing content and messaging for the Brazilian market, ensuring materials are culturally relevant and publication-ready.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign and activity performance, marketing ROI, pipeline contribution, and other relevant metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage marketing budgets and execution in alignment with regional priorities and business objectives.
  • Coordinate local public relations and market outreach initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and market presence.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across countries, functions, partners, distributors, and external agencies while maintaining a collaborative and entrepreneurial approach.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally including channel or partner marketing within cybersecurity, IT security, networking, enterprise technology, or a related industry.
  • Proven experience planning and executing events and marketing programs across both in-person and virtual formats.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or similar tools, as well as Salesforce and design applications.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data, measure performance, and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across international teams and cultures.
  • Native-level Brazilian Portuguese, with exceptional grammar, spelling, editing, and business writing skills and the ability to elevate translated content to a publication-ready standard.
  • Strong understanding of Brazilian linguistic and cultural nuances, with the ability to adapt global marketing materials into compelling, locally relevant content.
  • Proven experience managing external agencies and coordinating multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
  • Fluent English is required; Spanish proficiency is a valuable advantage for broader LATAM communication.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, energetic, and comfortable working autonomously while contributing positively to a close-knit team environment.
Benefits
  • Remote working opportunity based in Brazil.
  • Opportunity to work in a global B2B technology and cybersecurity environment.
  • Exposure to international teams, partners, resellers, distributors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Opportunity to take ownership of regional marketing strategy and execution with direct visibility into business and revenue outcomes.
  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial team environment with opportunities to build relationships across countries and cultures.
  • Equal opportunity workplace committed to diversity, inclusion, and fair consideration of qualified applicants.
