Kirklees - Healthcare Assistant Contract
Female Care Assistant role supporting clients through end of life care in their own homes across North and South Kirklees. Part of the Kirklees End of Life team, providing person-centred personal care, medication support, and nutrition assistance. Specialist end of life and clinical training provided from day one. Fixed two-week rota, minimum 25 hours per week on a 12-month fixed term contract. Drivers with own vehicle required. Pay: 12.71 per hour + paid annual leave, bank holidays, and 30p per mile
