The Senior Brand Designer will lead web-focused brand initiatives, creating scalable digital experiences that balance visual excellence, usability, technical feasibility, and business impact. This role requires strong ownership of design projects, collaboration with technical teams, and expertise in developing systems that support long-term brand consistency.

• Lead end-to-end web brand design projects, from initial concepts through final launch and optimization.
• Design high-quality marketing websites, landing pages, and digital experiences aligned with brand strategy and business goals.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure responsive, accessible, and technically feasible web implementations.
• Own and evolve web design systems, including components, design tokens, variables, and reusable patterns.
• Maintain consistency across websites, email templates, landing pages, and digital campaigns while protecting brand integrity.
• Partner with Brand, Growth Marketing, CRM, and Engineering teams throughout the creative process.
• Create conversion-focused digital experiences that balance customer needs, business objectives, and strong visual storytelling.
• Use AI-powered design tools and rapid prototyping techniques to accelerate ideation and improve creative processes.
• Contribute to improving workflows, documentation, and scalable design practices across teams.

The ideal candidate is a senior brand designer with proven experience creating digital brand experiences, scalable web systems, and marketing-focused designs. You should have strong visual design skills, technical awareness, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Strong professional experience designing marketing websites, landing pages, and digital brand experiences.
• Proven experience leading web brand design projects from concept to launch.
• Experience creating, maintaining, or evolving web-focused design systems, including components, variables, design tokens, and scalable patterns.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and understand responsive design, accessibility, and technical implementation considerations.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Variables, Components, and Libraries.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional web design, scalable digital experiences, and conversion-focused marketing work.
• Professional proficiency in English, with the ability to collaborate daily in an international environment.
• Experience working with SaaS companies, technology companies, startups, or digital agencies is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Frontify, or similar marketing platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of CRO, SEO, web performance, marketing analytics, or modular email design is advantageous.
• Experience integrating AI tools into creative workflows is a plus.
