Accountabilities:

As a Corporate Travel Counselor, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end travel arrangements while ensuring a high level of service, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. You will support corporate travelers with complex bookings, provide expert guidance, and collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery.

  • Advise and arrange domestic and international business travel for individual travelers and groups.
  • Manage complex travel bookings across air, rail, ground transportation, and accommodation services.
  • Use the Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS) to create and modify travel itineraries.
  • Analyze travel options and proactively recommend solutions and additional services based on traveler needs.
  • Ensure compliance with customer travel policies, supplier requirements, and applicable regulations.
  • Provide professional telephone support and handle special requests with a customer-focused approach.
  • Resolve traveler issues efficiently by coordinating with suppliers and internal teams when needed.
  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality when managing traveler information.
  • Collaborate with colleagues by sharing knowledge, providing feedback, and supporting service improvements.
  • Contribute to maintaining strong service standards within a global traveler support environment.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong corporate travel experience, excellent customer service skills, and confidence managing complex travel requests. You should be detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and able to communicate effectively with business travelers and internal stakeholders.

  • 3–5 years of corporate travel experience, with a strong preference for international business travel exposure.
  • Native expertise with the Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS).
  • Strong understanding of the travel industry and corporate travel processes.
  • Proven ability to manage complex bookings and resolve customer issues independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs and provide proactive travel solutions.
  • Integrity and professionalism when handling confidential traveler information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, receive feedback, and support team success.
  • Flexibility to work within a 24/7 traveler care operation, including afternoon shifts (12 PM–12 AM).
