Sales Order Support Specialist (f/m/n)


LOCATION: Krakow / Poland | COMPANY: Knorr-Bremse Polska Sp. z o.o. | DEPARTMENT: R/SHL Sales Support HUB | REQUISITION ID: 11990 | Full-time | Limited | ON-SITE/REMOTE: Hybrid

Your Responsibilities

  • Systemic processing of orders from the German market, from receipt to product delivery,
  • Monitoring and ensuring timely order fulfillment,
  • Supervising inventory levels for order fulfillment purposes,
  • Communicating with customers and other Knorr-Bremse locations regarding order status and complaints,
  • Monitoring and controlling accounts receivable.

Our Requirements

  • University degree (preferably in Economics, Business, or a technical field),
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience (preferably in customer service, sales, or logistics),
  • Communicative English skills,
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (especially MS Excel),
  • Knowledge of the SAP system.

Nice to have:

  • Communicative German skills
