Director of Sales, North/Showroom Management in Louisville, Colorado at Kodiak Interiors Group

Position will be based out of Louisville showroom, however, must be able to also drive to Fort Collins showroom. Role is responsible for Northern Colorado and Cheyenne, WY.

Job Summary

• Managing and overseeing the sales operations of an organization.

General Accountabilities

• Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve business goals.
• Managing and mentoring the sales team, setting targets, conducting performance reviews, and providing training.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborating with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
• Monitoring competitor activities and adjusting pricing or sales tactics as needed.
• Preparing and presenting sales reports to senior management
• Identify and engage new business prospects/leads.
• Planning and attainment of business revenue and profit goals
• Implementation of the business “plan to sell” and marketing programs
• Assures a professional and safe environment is created and maintained
• Works closely with functional support areas to ensure a 100% conformance to promise
• Orchestrate involvement with industry trade associations throughout the market area
• Maintains a high level of showroom standards; ensures merchandise presentation and assortment is in accordance with company direction
• Strengthen vendor relationships through regular communication and training sessions
