Job Description
Support with purpose. Lead with intention. Make a difference.
Agape of Appleton | 8-Bed Coed Residential CBRF Home $22-$26/hr
Are you a natural leader who believes in great care starts with knowing the person behind the support needs? Do you thrive in a role where you can support individuals, empower staff, solve problems, and help create a home where everyone feels safe, valued, and respected?
Agape of Appleton is looking for a Residential Case Manager (RCM) to lead our team in an eight-bed residential home supporting adults with developmental disabilities. This is an opportunity to combine hands-on leadership, relationship building, program coordination, and meaningful direct support. What Makes This Role Special? You won't just manage a program. You'll help create a home.
You'll get to know the individuals who live there, understand what matters to them, advocate for their choices, and help them live lives filled with dignity, connection, and meaningful experiences. You'll also lead the staff team that makes that support possible.
Our home supports individuals with a range of needs, including both ambulatory and non-ambulatory individuals. Some individuals require specialized support with feeding tubes, mobility, and transfers using sit-to-stand equipment or Hoyer lifts. We're looking for a leader who takes safety seriously, embraces person-centered care, and helps staff feel confident and prepared to provide quality support. What You'll Do
You'll be part of a team working toward something bigger than completing a checklist: helping people live safe, meaningful, and fulfilling lives in their own community.
But wait, there’s more…This doesn’t even include our amazing benefits! We have paid training, a wide variety of health insurance plans to choose from, including $0 premium plans, low-cost dental, vision, short-term disability, life insurance plans, and 3 weeks’ vacation/6 days of PTO in the first year of employment (accrual based).
