This opportunity combines the backing of a larger mortgage company with the relationship-focused environment of a local real estate team. Support and tools to help you grow

Our organization provides support and tools to help you manage your pipeline and develop lasting client relationships. Work with real estate agents, processors, and underwriters to coordinate financing from application through closing. Use your product knowledge and relationship-building skills to help borrowers understand their options while developing your business through networking, referrals, and consistent prospecting.

Who we are looking for

An active NMLS mortgage loan originator license and mortgage origination experience are required. We value clear communication, sound judgment, responsive follow-through, and a collaborative approach to working with borrowers and real estate professionals.

Compensation

100% commission, paid on closed loans; no base salary. Earnings vary based on loan production and the applicable compensation plan.

• Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them
• Interface with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction while overseeing all customer interactions
• Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to
• Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with bankers, realtors, builders, and your community to attract new business
• Manage a large pipeline of loans to ensure your production meets our requirements

• Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry
• Several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb interpersonal and customer service skills, and exceptional decision-making ability

• Previous experience with Office Suite and loan-originating software such as Encompass

• Familiarity with multiple types of loans such as conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, fixed/adjustable, and non-conforming
