Benefits: paid time off. Schedule: five overnight shifts a week, typically 50 hours. Additional hours for large events and holidays.

We cater private jets, airlines and corporate events, 24 hours a day, from kitchens near the airport. Private aviation sets our standard: every tray is right, on time, every time. Overnight is when much of that food is made, and we need a leader in the building to own it.

What you own, every night

• Production: the overnight prep and cook-chill plan is finished, to spec and on time for the morning runs.
• People: you lead the overnight team. Assign stations, coach, and hold the standard.
• Food safety: HACCP logs, temperatures and sanitation are complete and correct before handover.
• Orders: late and ASAP aviation orders are built, checked and out the door on time.
• Handover: a clear report to the day leadership team every morning.

What you bring

• 2+ years leading a kitchen shift in high-volume catering, banquets, hotels, airline or institutional food service.
• You have run a shift on your own and made the calls.
• ServSafe Manager (CFPM) or able to earn it within 60 days.
• Steady availability for overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Aviation or airline catering experience is a strong plus.
