Manufacturing Press Operators 1st, 2nd, 3rd in Nashua, New Hampshire at Crane Currency

Crane Currency is actively hiring experienced Manufacturing Press Machine Operators (Press Operators, Production Operators, and Machine Technicians) to join our Operations team in Nashua, NH on all shifts.

If you have experience operating, setting up, troubleshooting, and optimizing printing presses (Flexographic, Offset, Digital), converting equipment, extrusion lines, coating equipment, laminators, or other complex manufacturing machinery, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career with a stable global manufacturer.

We are actively hiring for multiple openings across all shifts and are seeking experienced operators who can bring their technical expertise to our manufacturing team.

What you'll do

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, presses, and production machinery

• Set up, adjust, troubleshoot, and optimize machine performance

• Inspect raw materials and finished products to meet strict quality requirements

• Identify defects, resolve production issues, and document manufacturing data

• Utilize test equipment, inspection systems, and quality tools

• Follow detailed safety procedures and standardized work instructions

• Cross-train across multiple machines and manufacturing processes

• Support continuous improvement, production efficiency, and operational excellence

Important note:

This role starts through a trusted agency partner while Public Trust clearance is completed. After clearance, training, and meeting performance expectations, you'll be considered for permanent employment with Crane Currency. Shift schedules

• 1st: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Mon-Fri)

• 2nd: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Mon-Fri)

• 3rd: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Mon-Fri)

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Printing Press Operator, Press Operator, Flexographic Press Operator, Offset Press Operator, Gravure Press Operator, Coating Line Operator, Laminating Line Operator, Converting Operator, Extrusion Operator, Manufacturing Technician, Production Technician, Machine Operator, or Large-Scale Industrial Equipment Operator

• Hands-on experience operating, setting up, adjusting, troubleshooting, and maintaining manufacturing equipment

• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues

• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with quality and production metrics

• Experience with continuous-process, web-handling, printing, packaging, converting, coating, or similar production equipment strongly preferred

• Comfortable working with computer-based production, quality, and inspection systems

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Reliable, safety-focused team player with strong attention to detail

• U.S. Citizen able to meet Public Trust requirements
