JOB SUMMARY
A Warehouse Associate will perform an array of functions including but not limited to: receiving and processing incoming product, picking and filling customer orders, loading trucks and managing and organizing product stock. The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, be able to work alone and in small groups, must be able to meet project timelines, and enjoy a fast-paced environment in the beverage alcohol industry.
Requirements:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately pick customer orders using Easy-Pick order processing technology
- Safely load pallets and product onto delivery trucks
- Receive, organize, and stock warehouse inventory
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Operate warehouse equipment in accordance with company safety standards
- Meet productivity and quality expectations while working independently and as part of a team
- Perform additional duties as assigned by warehouse leadership
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to safely operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and walkie power jacks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work flexible hours when business needs require.
- Successfully pass a drug screen, physical and background check
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull product throughout the shift
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds repeatedly and up to 165 pounds occasionally
- Remain on your feet for extended periods, including walking, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and operating equipment
- Wear an order picking device throughout the entire work shift
- Ability to meet the visual and physical requirements necessary to perform warehouse duties safely and effectively
WORKING CONDITIONS
This position operates in a climate-controlled warehouse environment. Consistent attendance and adherence to safety procedures are essential. Dress code may vary by shift and will be communicated by the Operations Manager
