Job Description

Summary

Under the direction of The Office Manager, the Administrative Clerk provides temporary support to Snowbridge’s office and administrative operations. This position is responsible for a variety of clerical and organizational tasks focused on records digitization, document management, general office support, and front-desk assistance. The Administrative Helper plays an important role in helping Snowbridge bring historical paper records into a organized digital format while supporting the daily flow of office operations.

This is a temporary position with an anticipated duration of approximately three months. Employment in this role does not guarantee or imply any offer of permanent or continued employment beyond the stated term.

Essential Functions & Scope

• Scan, index, and digitize historical paper records, including service records, customer files, permits, contracts, and other business documents

• Organize and file digitized documents accurately within Snowbridge’s document management systems and folder structures

• Perform quality checks on scanned documents to ensure legibility, completeness, and correct filing

• Prepare physical records for scanning, including sorting, labeling, and removing staples, clips, or bindings as needed

• Answer incoming phone calls professionally, take accurate messages, and route calls to the appropriate person or department

• Greet and assist office visitors in a friendly and professional manner

• Assist with general office tasks including printing, copying, mailing, and supply organization

• Support Office Administration with data entry, spreadsheet updates, and document formatting as assigned

• Maintain confidentiality of all company, customer, and employee records handled in this role

• Adhere to Snowbridge Employee Handbook / Guidelines / Policies

• Other duties as assigned by manager

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibility.

Work Environment

This position works entirely in an office environment. Routinely uses standard office equipment including computers, scanners, printers, copiers, and multiline phone systems.

Physical Demands

This position regularly requires sitting for extended periods, as well as standing, walking, and bending. Occasional lifting and carrying of boxes or binders up to 25 lbs. may be required. Must be able to operate standard office equipment and have close vision sufficient to review and scan documents accurately.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a temporary, part-time or full-time hourly position. Hours and schedule will be established at hire based on operational needs. This position is anticipated to last approximately three months. Employment beyond the stated term is not guaranteed.

Travel

No travel is expected for this position.

Required Education, Experience, and Licensing

1. High school diploma or equivalent

2. Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools

3. Ability to operate a scanner, printer, and standard office equipment

4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy

5. Professional and courteous phone and in-person communication skills

6. Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage repetitive tasks efficiently

Preferred Education and Experience

1. Prior administrative, clerical, or office support experience

2. Experience with document management systems or digital filing platforms

3. Familiarity with records management or data entry workflows

Work Authorization / Security Clearance

Eligible to work in the United States, including clearance to work on State and Federal Contracts.

Starting pay for this position is $20.00/hour. Starting pay may be above or below based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.
