VAN DRIVER in Youngstown, Ohio at Community Correction Association

OVERVIEW:

Responsible for providing safe, reliable and efficient transportation for residents.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with Transportation Supervisor to pre-plan and schedule transportation needs of Agency clients.
• Provide actual transportation with Agency van.
• Schedule can use for all components of Agency.
• Monitor and oversee behavior of Agency clients while under your supervision.
• Develop schedule and maintain Agency vehicle maintenance and inspection program.
• Maintain daily vehicle usage reports and monthly usage reports.
• Other duties as may be assigned by Supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Mature individual with valid driver’s license and excellent driving record.
• Ability to coordinate and carry out transportation needs of Agency.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Frequently required to sit, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Must be able to lift and/or move 25 pounds.
