The Senior Motion Designer will lead the creation of dynamic visual content while owning the full motion design process from concept development to final execution. • Create original animations from concept through completion, ensuring strong timing, storytelling, and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Edit and combine footage from multiple sources into polished, engaging final video assets.
• Use AI-powered creative tools to improve workflows, explore new production approaches, and deliver content efficiently at scale.
• Present concepts, creative directions, work-in-progress updates, and final deliverables confidently to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, strategy, and account teams to ensure motion assets support broader campaign objectives.

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled motion design professional with strong creative instincts, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams. They should have a strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across digital and social content formats.

• 7+ years of professional experience in motion design or a related creative discipline.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro, supported by a strong portfolio of motion design work.
• Proven experience creating, adapting, and optimizing video content across multiple platforms, formats, and aspect ratios.
• Strong storyboard development skills with the ability to communicate creative ideas clearly before production begins.
• Advanced video editing capabilities, including combining multiple footage sources into cohesive final deliverables.
• Experience using AI-powered creative tools, particularly for improving production workflows and creative exploration.
• Experience with Blender or other 3D design tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, animation principles, and digital content creation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain creative decisions to internal and client stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as the sole motion design specialist while managing multiple projects effectively.
