  • Collaborate closely with global partnership leaders to adapt international strategies to regional business, regulatory, and market requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across partner organizations to drive long-term collaboration and mutual success.

  • Experience working independently in a distributed, global environment while effectively collaborating across multiple time zones.
  • Background in developer tools, cloud technologies, databases, infrastructure software, or related technology sectors.
  • Well-established network of senior partner contacts across EMEA, including technology vendors, systems integrators, and startup communities.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with AWS partner ecosystems is highly desirable, while knowledge of Azure or Google Cloud partner programs and additional European languages would be considered an asset.
Benefits

  • Co-working space membership or remote work allowance.
  • Equity participation through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
  • Technology allowance to build your ideal home office.
  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage for employees, with additional support for dependents.
  • Flexible, asynchronous working environment promoting work-life balance.
  • Annual learning and professional development budget.
  • Company-wide annual off-site events focused on collaboration and team building.
  • Opportunity to join a globally distributed, innovative, and fast-growing technology organization with significant career growth potential.
