Epic Resolute Manager Technology and Digital Services
Qualifications
The Manager, Technology & Digital Services is responsible for the operational management of specific enterprise technology services, platforms, or support functions. Reporting to a Director, this role ensures the delivery of reliable, secure, and efficient technology services that support clinical operations, business processes, and patient care. The Manager leads teams, manages day-to-day service operations, and drives continuous improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Current Epic certification in one or more of the following Resolute HB Admin, Resolute HB Claims and Electronic Remittance Admin, Resolute PB Admin, Resolute PB Claims and Electronic Remittance Admin preferred.
Annual Salary Range: $113,734.40 - $167,752.00

Qualifications
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred or commensurate work experience.
Experience:
-
8+ years of experience in enterprise IT or digital services is required.

2+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Experience supporting enterprise platforms or healthcare IT environments preferred.
