  • Personally sell memberships, packages, and wellness services through confident, consultative selling and consistent follow-up.

  • Lead the team to achieve sales goals by establishing clear expectations, monitoring results, and maintaining accountability.

  • Demonstrate and teach effective selling techniques, working alongside employees to improve client conversations, membership conversions, and package sales.

  • Coach employees to confidently engage clients, identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and ask for the sale.

  • Oversee lead follow-up, membership conversion, member engagement, and retention initiatives.

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify opportunities for improvement, and implement actions that deliver measurable results.

Lead, Coach & Develop the Team

  • Partner with the General Manager to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.

  • Provide hands-on training, coaching, feedback, and recognition to improve employee performance.

  • Establish clear expectations, follow through on commitments, and address performance concerns professionally.

  • Build a positive, collaborative culture where employees feel valued, supported, and accountable.

  • Lead by example with professionalism, initiative, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic.

Grow Our Local Presence & Social Media Engagement

  • Create and manage engaging content for the studio's social media accounts to increase awareness, attract prospective clients, and generate leads.

  • Highlight Restore's wellness services, promotions, client experiences, and community involvement.

  • Engage with prospective clients through social media and encourage inquiries, appointments, and studio visits.

  • Support local marketing, community outreach, and promotional activities in coordination with the General Manager.

Manage Studio Operations & Client Experience

  • Share responsibility with the General Manager for efficient daily operations and consistent execution of studio standards.

  • Serve as manager on duty, making sound decisions and resolving issues when needed.

  • Ensure employees consistently deliver welcoming, knowledgeable, personalized client experiences.

  • Support scheduling, staffing coverage, opening and closing procedures, and daily operational priorities.

  • Maintain a visible, hands-on presence, working alongside the team.

  • Collaborate with nursing leadership to support safe, coordinated client experiences while respecting clinical responsibilities.

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated success in sales, customer service, and team leadership.

  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to develop lasting client relationships.

  • Ability to personally achieve sales goals while coaching and motivating others to improve their performance.

  • Proficiency in creating and managing business social media accounts, developing engaging content, and using social media to attract new clients.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to establish expectations, hold employees accountable, and lead by example.

  • Goal-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable using sales metrics and technology.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Leadership experience in retail, hospitality, fitness, wellness, or another membership-based business.

  • Proven success growing sales, memberships, or client retention.

  • Experience training and developing successful sales teams.
