As a Partnership Manager – Demand, you will lead strategic relationships with supply-side platforms (SSPs), demand-side platforms (DSPs), and key programmatic advertising partners across Display, Video, Connected TV (CTV), and Audio. You will take ownership of partner performance, commercial negotiations, and revenue growth while ensuring the long-term value and health of the partner portfolio. Working at the intersection of business strategy, data analytics, and technical operations, you will identify optimization opportunities and translate insights into actionable growth plans. You will collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Demand Operations teams to resolve challenges and accelerate partner development. You will also evaluate new partnership opportunities, oversee commercial onboarding, and help shape the demand ecosystem. This is an opportunity to make a measurable impact in a fast-growing, international adtech environment that values autonomy, analytical thinking, transparency, and AI-driven innovation.
- Manage strategic partnerships: Own the end-to-end commercial relationship with SSPs, DSPs, and other demand partners, monitoring partner health, performance, revenue contribution, and long-term strategic value.
- Drive revenue growth: Set partner-level revenue targets, track monthly and year-over-year performance, identify growth opportunities, and develop actionable plans to increase net revenue.
- Optimize partner performance: Analyze bid dynamics, supply allocation, query-per-second (QPS) alignment, advertising formats, and private marketplace (PMP) opportunities to maximize yield and improve monetization.
- Lead commercial negotiations: Review and negotiate revenue-sharing agreements, fees, contractual terms, and performance conditions while benchmarking partners and prioritizing the most profitable opportunities.
- Manage business reviews and escalations: Lead regular quarterly business reviews (QBRs), align roadmaps, resolve commercial, technical, and financial disputes, and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Qualify new partnership opportunities: Evaluate inbound SSP and DSP prospects based on technical compatibility, expected revenue uplift, and strategic fit. Coordinate contractual negotiations and prepare structured briefs for the integration team.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives: Act as the primary link between partners and internal Product, Technology, Technical Account Management (TAM), Demand Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to resolve issues and support growth.
- Build reporting and monitoring tools: Develop and maintain dashboards that track partner revenue, discrepancies, performance indicators, and portfolio health, transforming data into clear business decisions.
- Ensure financial accuracy and compliance: Investigate billing and reconciliation discrepancies with relevant teams and coordinate privacy reviews with the Data Protection Officer (DPO) and programmatic privacy specialists whenever personal data is exchanged.
- Promote operational scalability: Structure documentation, workflows, and processes so AI-powered tools can support partner management and improve operational efficiency.
- Professional experience: 6–10 years of experience in adtech or programmatic advertising, particularly in demand-side operations, SSP partnerships, ad exchanges, publisher monetization, yield management, or partner management.
- Programmatic expertise: Strong knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, including Prebid, header bidding, OpenRTB, dynamic allocation, sellers.json, ads.txt, and SupplyChain Object (schain), as well as major SSPs and demand partners.
- Commercial and negotiation skills: Proven ability to manage strategic partner relationships, negotiate contracts and commercial terms, challenge performance, and independently drive revenue growth.
- Analytical capabilities: Confidence working with revenue and performance metrics such as RPM, fill rate, win rate, revenue share, and financial discrepancies, with the ability to translate data into actionable optimization plans.
- Stakeholder and conflict management: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with experience resolving complex partner issues and coordinating effectively with technical, financial, and legal stakeholders.
- Contract and privacy knowledge: Familiarity with commercial agreements, insertion orders (IOs), data processing agreements (DPAs), and GDPR requirements relating to personal-data sharing and consent.
- Business development judgment: Ability to assess incoming partnership opportunities rigorously, build revenue-backed business cases, and balance new business development with the optimization of existing relationships.
- Language proficiency: Fluency in both French and English, with the ability to communicate confidently with international partners and internal teams.
- AI and process optimization mindset: Ability to structure documentation, workflows, and decision logic to make processes scalable and enable effective use of AI-powered tools.
- Personal qualities: Strategic, proactive, and results-oriented, with strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, adaptability, and a collaborative approach. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize high-impact work, challenge established practices constructively, and continuously seek ways to improve.
- Flexible remote work: Work remotely within the eligible working location, with access to urban offices in Paris, Lille, or London.
- International collaboration: Join a diverse, close-knit team working across multiple countries, with a culture centered on innovation, mutual support, transparency, and shared goals.
- Career development: Access training programs, regular career discussions with HR, internal mobility opportunities, and structured performance feedback.
- Work-life balance: Benefit from additional rest days (RTT), depending on your position and tenure.
- Health and pension coverage: Access comprehensive health benefits and pension plans, with coverage designed to support you and your family.
- Team events: Participate in regular social gatherings and company events that strengthen team connections and celebrate collective achievements.
- Growth opportunities: Contribute to a rapidly expanding European adtech environment, with opportunities to take ownership, influence strategic decisions, and make a tangible business impact.
