Behind every fast delivery is a warehouse team that gets it right. Parts ASAP is hiring a Warehouse Associate to pick, pack, and ship the parts our customers are counting on. You’ll keep orders moving out the door, receive incoming shipments, and run the forklift that makes it all happen. It’s a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who takes pride in accuracy and gets energy from a busy day.

The Details

• Pay: $20.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Overtime: Available based on business needs
• Location: Midlothian, TX

What You’ll Do

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, choosing the best package size for cost-effective freight
• Receive incoming shipments, check contents against packing slips and invoices, and store everything properly
• Inspect products for damage or defects and report any issues
• Unload, tie, palletize, and tag rubber tracks and steel undercarriage parts
• Safely operate a forklift, pallet jack, or stock chaser to move, stack, and store materials
• Load and unload trucks and assist carriers with pickups
• Weigh and measure outgoing packages, prepare shipping documents and labels, and schedule carrier pickups
• Track shipments and follow up on packages that are delayed or lost
• Perform regular inventory cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Process customer returns and return parts to vendors
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, following all PPE and safety protocols

What You Bring

• Basic knowledge of agricultural or construction equipment
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Familiarity with weighing and labeling equipment and shipping software like FedEx or UPS is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Forklift certification from a recognized training program

Nice to Have

• Warehouse experience (not required)
• High school diploma
