About the Role:

The Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by managing and expanding customer relationships primarily through remote communication channels. This position focuses on identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and closing sales within assigned territories using CRM systems to track and optimize sales activities. The role requires a proactive approach to understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. Success in this position directly impacts the company’s market presence and customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective sales support. The Inside Sales Representative collaborates closely with outside sales teams and other departments to create seamless customer experience and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Communicate with customers via phone and email

• Work with internal departments to meet customers' needs

• Data entry

• Provide quotes and product information to customers

• Receive, process, and verify accuracy of customers' orders

• Assist Sales and Marketing Manager with marketing tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Previous sales and customer service experience in the building materials industry

• Experience in metal roofing products is desirable, but not necessary

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to operate general office equipment, including telephone, computer, calculator, and photocopier

• Have working knowledge of Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

• Strong computer skills are required
