7 Flags Car Wash is hiring multiple full-time Sales & Customer Service Team Members who can bring that personality to every customer interaction. This role gives you the opportunity to put those skills to work while earning commissions on top of your hourly pay.

You don't need sales experience. We can teach you how to sell. What we're looking for is harder to teach: confidence, energy, initiative, and the ability to quickly connect with people.

The best people in this role can read the customer in front of them. They know when to keep things moving, when there's an opportunity to engage, and how to make a recommendation without making the interaction feel forced.

Experience in customer service, restaurants, hospitality, retail, team sports, clubs, leadership, fundraising, or similar environments can all demonstrate the skills we're looking for.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Quickly build rapport and create a positive customer experience
• Promote membership plans and other services
• Identify opportunities to make recommendations based on customer needs
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Keep customers moving efficiently during busy periods
• Support your team and site operations throughout the shift

Previous sales experience is not required. We're looking for people who:

• Bring energy and personality to customer interactions
• Can read social cues and adjust their approach quickly
• Communicate confidently without being pushy
• Enjoy working toward goals and seeing measurable results
• Are dependable, team-oriented, and ready to learn

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a variable schedule based on business needs. Shifts may begin as early as 6:00 a.m. or end as late as 9:00 p.m. Applicants must be available for a combination of weekdays, weekends, holidays, and opening or closing shifts.

• Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
