Shipping Packer – 1st shift in Asheville, North Carolina at Friday Services

Pay: $17.00/hr. | Full-Time

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping Packer to help prepare products for shipment. This position involves pulling, scanning, organizing, and stacking products while following safety and shipping procedures.

• Pull boxes of products using provided shipping tickets

• Scan each box as it is pulled

• Stack scanned boxes onto pallets

• Review orders in the computer and correct discrepancies

• Notify warehouse personnel when orders are ready for shipment

• Organize products that are not yet ready to ship

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all established safety and work procedures

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Basic computer skills required

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Self-motivated and dependable

• On-the-job training provided

• Walk, stand, stoop, and bend for extended periods

• Able to lift and carry at least 40 lbs. regularly

• Able to work planned and unplanned overtime

• Steel-toed shoes required

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
