Customer Service Sales Associate – Medical Supply Retail
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6pm
We are seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Service Sales Associate to join our retail team at a leading medical supply company. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting appropriate medical supplies based on their needs
- Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries accurately and professionally
- Process sales transactions efficiently using the sales system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
- Manage inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Educate customers on product usage, safety, and benefits
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer service
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety standards
Requirements:Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and explain medical supply products clearly
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Compassionate attitude and willingness to assist customers with diverse needs
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare or sales training is a plus
