North State Security Group is hiring Flex Unarmed Security Officers in High Point, NC. Flex Officers are expected to fill in for vacancies and call outs and must be available to work on short notice.

Responsibilities:
Conduct foot patrols
Maintain a visible and professional security presence
Monitor property for suspicious activity and safety hazards
Enforce site rules, post orders, and company policies
Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies
Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports
Interact professionally with clients, staff, and the public

Requirements:
Active and valid PPSB unarmed license
Reliable transportation
Strong communication and observation skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Must pass background screening, drug test, and any client-specific checks

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior unarmed security experience
Customer service or access control experience
Familiarity with report writing and patrol procedures
