Job Description

Description:

Help Shape the Future of Modern Mobility

Travelpro® is evolving — from a trusted, professional-grade luggage company into a modern, design-led mobility brand built for people constantly in motion.

We are looking for an MBA Strategy & Transformation Intern to help drive the execution of Travelpro’s global value creation plan. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise transformation — partnering across strategy, finance, operations, commercial, product, and brand teams to help accelerate growth, improve organizational performance, and support executive decision-making.

This is not a traditional MBA internship. This is a highly operational, high-impact role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and wants direct exposure to transformation at scale.

If you are energized by strategy execution, financial modeling, cross-functional leadership, and helping shape the future of a growing brand, this could be the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do

Drive Strategy Execution & Transformation

  • Serve as project manager for key global strategic initiatives across product, brand, DTC, commercial, and operations functions
  • Build and maintain initiative roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and execution plans aligned to Travelpro’s value creation strategy
  • Drive cross-functional coordination and accountability to ensure initiatives move forward with speed and clarity
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies while proactively driving solutions
  • Prepare executive-level updates and materials for leadership discussions and strategic reviews

Support Financial Modeling & Performance Tracking

  • Develop and maintain financial models supporting revenue growth, margin expansion, investment opportunities, and strategic initiatives
  • Partner closely with Finance to align assumptions, reporting methodologies, and performance metrics
  • Build dashboards, tracking tools, and KPI reporting frameworks to monitor initiative progress and business performance
  • Support governance processes that create rigor, transparency, and accountability across the organization

Strengthen Governance & Operating Cadence

  • Help design and implement repeatable operating rhythms for tracking strategic initiatives and enterprise priorities
  • Establish scorecards, reporting structures, and performance measurement frameworks
  • Support weekly and monthly business reviews with actionable insights and executive-ready reporting
  • Drive clarity and simplicity in how the organization measures progress and success

Deliver Strategic Insights & Executive Support

  • Support development of strategic presentations, value creation updates, and executive communications
  • Bring structured thinking and problem-solving to ambiguous, high-impact business questions
  • Contribute analytical insights that help leadership make faster, better-informed decisions
  • Operate with ownership, urgency, and a strong bias for action

What Makes You Successful

You are:

  • A builder who thrives in fast-paced, transformational environments
  • A structured thinker who can bring order and clarity to complexity
  • Highly organized with strong ownership and accountability
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and senior-level exposure
  • A proactive problem solver with exceptional attention to detail
  • Energized by helping shape a brand and business in motion

What You Bring

  • Currently enrolled in an MBA program
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and financial modeling skills
  • Experience managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders or functions
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business analysis tools

Preferred:

  • Experience in consulting, private equity, strategy, finance, operations, or transformation-focused roles
  • Exposure to consumer brands, retail, DTC, or operational business environments
  • Experience building dashboards, reporting tools, or business performance tracking frameworks

Why This Role Matters

This role plays a critical part in helping Travelpro accelerate its transformation and execute against its long-term growth strategy.

Your work will directly impact:

  • Strategic initiative execution
  • Organizational alignment and accountability
  • Business performance visibility
  • Executive decision-making
  • The continued evolution of Travelpro’s operating model and growth trajectory

This is an opportunity to work directly alongside senior leadership while gaining meaningful exposure to strategy execution, private equity dynamics, operational transformation, and enterprise value creation.

You will own work that matters and contribute to initiatives that shape the future of Travelpro.
