This role sits at the core of digital performance and customer experience optimization, shaping how global web properties are measured, analyzed, and improved. You will lead the evolution of web analytics strategy across complex digital ecosystems, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and actionable insight generation. Working closely with Web, SEO, Content, and Digital Marketing teams, you will transform behavioral data into clear recommendations that improve engagement, conversion, and user journeys. This is a highly visible position that influences both strategic decision-making and hands-on optimization across digital platforms. You will also help modernize analytics infrastructure, including tagging, tracking, and experimentation frameworks. The environment is collaborative and fast-paced, with strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of web analytics and digital experience measurement across global digital properties, ensuring high-quality insights that drive optimization and business impact.
- Own and evolve the web analytics ecosystem, including GA4, tag management systems, and tracking frameworks
- Serve as the primary analytics partner for Web, SEO, Content, and Digital Marketing teams
- Analyze website performance, user behavior, funnels, and conversion paths to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop and deliver executive-level dashboards and reporting using BI tools such as Power BI or similar platforms
- Support experimentation initiatives, including A/B testing measurement, analysis, and insights generation
- Translate complex digital behavior data into clear, actionable business recommendations
- Collaborate with Martech and engineering teams to enhance tracking accuracy and measurement capabilities
- Align web analytics insights with broader marketing attribution and performance measurement frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement in analytics governance, reporting standards, and digital measurement maturity
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, combined with 8+ years of experience in web analytics, digital analytics, or marketing analytics within complex digital environments. Strong technical expertise in analytics platforms, experimentation, and data interpretation is essential, along with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong expertise in GA4, tag management systems, and digital tracking architecture
- Experience with user journey analytics, funnel analysis, and conversion optimization
- Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing methodologies
- Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders
- Strong experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI, Looker, or similar tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level interaction
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Familiarity with tools such as Amplitude, Optimizely, or similar platforms (preferred)
- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise digital environments (preferred)
