In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to key accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery, data accuracy, and operational excellence. Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing service requests, inquiries, and issue resolution while ensuring a positive and responsive client experience.
  • Oversee day-to-day service delivery activities, ensuring projects, reports, tools, and deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with client expectations.
  • Build strong consultative relationships by understanding client goals, business priorities, and success metrics, translating needs into actionable solutions and recommendations.
  • Perform regular quality assurance reviews to maintain data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across syndicated and customized deliverables.
  • Coordinate with analytics, technology, delivery, and support teams to resolve issues, streamline processes, and deliver effective solutions to client challenges.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on tools, reporting platforms, and operational processes, supporting client enablement and ongoing engagement.
  • Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures to improve consistency, efficiency, and service quality.
  • Monitor and communicate service performance metrics, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and enhanced client outcomes.
  • Contribute to process optimization initiatives by recommending enhancements to workflows, training programs, and client service practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in client services, analytics, data support, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly learn new technologies, platforms, and AI-powered tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of data accuracy and quality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients professionally and build trusted relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives and resolve complex challenges.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability for deliverables and client outcomes.
  • Experience with syndicated data, retail analytics, consumer insights, or related analytical platforms is considered an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Data Science, Technology, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Flexibility to occasionally support business needs outside standard working hours when required.
