• Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover meaningful trends and actionable insights related to subscription behaviors, acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Develop compelling data-driven narratives and present findings clearly to both external clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support client service initiatives through the production of recurring syndicated reports and customized analytical deliverables.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to create strategic market reports, rapid-response analyses, and thought leadership content.
• Utilize SQL and analytical tools to extract, manipulate, and interpret data while working closely with data teams on custom cohort analysis.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing timelines, stakeholder expectations, and deliverable quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Monitor industry developments, emerging subscription platforms, and consumer behavior trends to provide strategic market perspectives.
• Mentor and support junior team members while contributing to a culture of analytical excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, insights, business intelligence, or a related analytical role with demonstrated impact on business strategy.
• Strong experience presenting analytical findings and recommendations to clients, stakeholders, and executive audiences.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing data.
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to transform complex datasets into clear, persuasive narratives.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities when managing large datasets and multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
• Collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Interest in subscription-based business models, digital media, streaming platforms, or consumer analytics is highly valued.
• Experience with Looker or similar business intelligence platforms is considered a plus.
