This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic product marketing professional with deep expertise in AV networking and broadcast technologies to shape the market positioning of innovative AV infrastructure solutions. In this role, you will lead go-to-market strategy, messaging, and solution storytelling for a portfolio focused on modern AV-over-IP environments. You will work closely with product management, sales, channel partners, and communications teams to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling value propositions for integrators, consultants, engineers, and enterprise customers. The position offers the chance to influence product direction, support major launches, and strengthen market leadership within the rapidly evolving AV ecosystem. Working in a collaborative and technology-driven environment, you will help bridge the gap between advanced networking technologies and real-world deployment outcomes. Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute product positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies for AV and broadcast networking solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, deployment models, and emerging AV-over-IP technologies across sectors such as corporate, education, hospitality, entertainment, and live events.
  • Build clear and compelling solution narratives that translate complex AV networking technologies into customer-focused business value and deployment outcomes.
  • Define buyer personas, partner ecosystems, and customer pain points while identifying opportunities to strengthen product differentiation and market adoption.
  • Create and manage sales enablement materials including solution briefs, application guides, competitive battlecards, FAQs, infographics, videos, and technical marketing assets.
  • Support product launches and new product introduction initiatives through messaging development, launch collateral creation, webinars, analyst briefings, and industry events.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product line management, public relations, sales, and channel teams to align messaging and influence product roadmap decisions.
  • Ensure AV-specific messaging remains distinct, credible, and aligned with the needs of integrators, consultants, engineers, and hybrid IT/AV teams.
  • Educate and empower sales and channel partners with technical narratives that accelerate customer engagement and strengthen competitive positioning.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or related strategic marketing roles.
  • Strong experience within AV, networking, broadcast, or adjacent infrastructure technology markets is required.
  • Deep technical understanding of AV-over-IP ecosystems, networking infrastructure, and AV deployment workflows.
  • Familiarity with technologies and protocols such as Dante, NDI, SDVoE, AES67, multicast networking, QoS, IGMP, PTP, VLANs, and Layer 2/Layer 3 networking concepts.
  • Strong understanding of the AV and broadcast partner ecosystem, including integrators, consultants, designers, and enterprise deployment environments.
  • Proven ability to develop positioning strategies, messaging frameworks, and compelling solution-oriented narratives for technical products.
  • Experience creating launch campaigns, technical marketing materials, sales enablement assets, and customer-facing content.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify market opportunities and competitive differentiators.
