This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, competitive intelligence, and marketing analytics, playing a key part in enabling data-driven decision-making across go-to-market teams. You will be responsible for gathering and structuring competitive insights, maintaining centralized product marketing documentation, and supporting performance analytics for key initiatives. The position is highly cross-functional, involving close collaboration with product, marketing, and operations teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment. It is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex information into clear, actionable intelligence. You will also contribute to building dashboards and reporting frameworks that measure the impact of marketing and product activities. This is a highly operational and strategic support role where organization, curiosity, and analytical thinking directly influence business outcomes.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving competitive intelligence, maintaining knowledge systems, and supporting marketing performance analytics to improve go-to-market effectiveness.
- Manage and continuously improve the competitive intelligence program, including tracking competitor pricing, positioning, product updates, and go-to-market activities
- Synthesize competitive insights into clear, actionable summaries for marketing, sales, and product stakeholders
- Maintain and organize product marketing documentation in centralized knowledge platforms, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
- Produce regular competitor updates and intelligence reports to inform internal strategy and planning
- Support the development of marketing analytics dashboards in collaboration with product operations teams
- Analyze data related to product launches, campaigns, and content performance to identify trends and optimization opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, product management, and content teams to ensure alignment and information flow
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, structured thinking, and experience in product marketing or marketing operations within a technology or SaaS environment.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing operations, competitive intelligence, or marketing analytics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear, structured documentation
- Experience conducting competitive research and translating data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience supporting dashboards or performance tracking
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets and familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Experience working in B2B SaaS or technology-driven environments is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup with strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Comfortable using AI tools to support research, analysis, and content development workflows
