This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a strategic partnerships executive passionate about healthcare innovation, health equity, and scalable growth. The role will lead and unify multiple referral-generating functions into one cohesive partnership ecosystem, driving measurable member acquisition and engagement across healthcare, food, and community channels. Working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, you will shape long-term growth strategy while building operational frameworks and strengthening key external relationships. The position requires a balance of executive-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with direct influence on organizational growth and market expansion. You will collaborate cross-functionally with senior leaders and guide high-performing teams to maximize partnership performance and referral outcomes. This is an ideal opportunity for a leader who thrives in ambiguity, excels at building scalable systems, and is motivated by improving access to nutrition-focused healthcare solutions.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute a multi-year referral growth strategy across healthcare institutions, food and retail ecosystem partnerships, and community engagement channels.
  • Lead the creation and management of strategic relationships with healthcare organizations, community health centers, hospital systems, pharmaceutical organizations, and SDOH-focused platforms.
  • Oversee and mentor partnership, food ecosystem, and community engagement teams while scaling organizational capabilities for future growth.
  • Drive marketplace and food vendor partnership strategies to strengthen member engagement and increase referral volume.
  • Build and optimize operational systems including CRM pipeline management, forecasting methodologies, partner performance tracking, and reporting frameworks.
  • Establish and manage relationships with supplemental benefit platforms, benefit management organizations, and distribution partners to expand member access at scale.
  • Collaborate closely with clinical, product, growth, and sales leadership to ensure partnerships align with member experience, clinical standards, and retention goals.
  • Create a high-performance culture focused on accountability, coaching, operational rigor, and long-term strategic execution.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or growth leadership, including significant experience within healthcare, digital health, or related sectors.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing and scaling high-performing teams in complex, growth-oriented environments.
  • Deep understanding of the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) ecosystem, including FQHCs, CHCs, community organizations, and healthcare access platforms.
  • Proven success building partnership ecosystems that drive measurable referral growth, enrollment outcomes, or revenue impact.
  • Experience working across both traditional healthcare stakeholders and non-traditional partners such as retailers, food organizations, and community-based entities.
  • Strong operational and analytical capabilities, including pipeline management, forecasting, performance reporting, and strategic planning.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and lead effectively in fast-evolving, ambiguous environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MPH, Master’s degree, or equivalent advanced education strongly preferred.
  • Consulting experience is considered a strong advantage for this role.
Benefits:
  • Base salary range of $230,000 – $250,000 annually
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Remote-first work environment across the United States
  • Flexible work location and schedule
  • Unlimited paid time off
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Access to Registered Dietitian sessions and wellness support
  • Opportunity to join a mission-driven, fast-growing organization focused on improving health outcomes at scale.
