  • Integrate AI models into existing enterprise systems in collaboration with software engineering teams, ensuring seamless functionality and adoption.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize model performance using MLOps practices to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Drive AI innovation by researching emerging technologies, evaluating new frameworks, and translating advancements into production-ready solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data privacy requirements, and ethical AI standards across all AI implementations.
  • Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve business processes through AI-driven solutions.
Requirements:
  • Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, including generative AI, NLP, deep learning, and predictive modeling.
  • Strong experience developing and deploying large language models (GPT, Gemini, Claude or similar), including prompt engineering and optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, as well as MLOps pipelines and practices.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies including Spark, Hadoop, SQL, and NoSQL systems.
  • Strong understanding of AI system deployment, model lifecycle management, and production scaling.
  • Experience working with healthcare data (claims, medical records) and knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into AI-driven solutions.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across distributed, cross-functional teams.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work within the United States with flexible work arrangements.
  • Competitive compensation package with opportunities for salary growth and performance-based rewards.
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans.
  • Retirement savings plan with employer contribution support.
  • Generous paid time off and flexible vacation policy.
  • Access to leadership development programs, technical academies, and continuous learning opportunities.
